The 23rd edition of Shubhapallaba has been released on the 1st of February in 2021. Inside this issue of Shubhapallaba, there are a total of 21 stories, poems, travel blogs, essays including the editorial. The cover photo of this issue is designed by Sameet Das featuring the 2nd story of Galpakanti series written by Chandrakanti Pradhan. A number of new writers contributed through this edition. Even some writers' 1st article has been published through this edition. Sangram Keshari Senapati and Tapas Ranjan had edited all the articles.
